Barracudas faced Danbury & Bicknacre Blues for the third time this season, with both previous matches having been very competitive. This match proved that the two sides are very evenly matched and in a good quality encounter, both teams passed the ball nicely and showed excellent discipline defensively, which meant opportunities were difficult to come by.
It was a late morning kick off in the sunshine for a tricky looking match, having met Broomfield Jaguars for the first time in January and found them to be excellent opponents.
Barracudas hosted Silver End in this midday kick off for their second meeting of 2019. A close game was expected after a really competitive match was played in January.
In a lunchtime kick off, Barracudas went into this match in confident mood, having played well recently and put together a good run of results. Conditions were difficult with it being very windy, raining for parts of the match and even hailing for a short time!
In an early kick off and wet, muddy conditions, Barracudas went into this match in decent form, but having met the same opposition just five weeks earlier, knew that Broomfield Tigers were a good team and this was likely to be a tough match.
